  • Light population density
  • Away from likely drift
  • Away from Nuclear Plants
  • Away from major fault lines
  • Secluded/Hidden
  • Accessible for members
  • Good soil for growing food
  • Decent year round climate
  • Usable Acreage
  • Purpose built, but still nice
